Andrew joined Marken in 2021 and serves as Vice President, Legal for Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. He leads Marken's global legal function, partnering with the executive leadership team to advance strategic priorities through informed business decisions and proactively managing risk across the organization. Working closely with commercial, operations, quality, and strategy teams, Andrew provides practical, business-focused legal counsel that enables growth, innovation, and operational excellence in one of the world's most complex and highly regulated industries.

Andrew brings deep experience supporting organizations involved in global clinical trials and the broader life sciences sector, helping deliver compliant, resilient solutions for customers worldwide. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University and a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law.
