Marken's Anti Corruption Policy

O grupo Marken ("Marken") está comprometido em agir com honestidade e integridade em tudo o que fazemos, e cumprir sempre todas as leis e regulamentos aplicáveis, de acordo com o Código de Ética POL-SUS-001 da Marken.

The Marken Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy (the “ACP”) is intended to ensure that Marken and our Affiliates, as well as our respective officers, directors, employees, Vendors and anyone else who acts on behalf of Marken fulfill this commitment and comply with any and all applicable national and international laws, regulations and treaties, including:

1. anti-bribery and anti-corruption;

2. fraud or wilful misconduct;

3. anti-money laundering; and

4. anti-competitive (anti-trust).
